School Dismissal (All pupils)
Pupils are not required to don ethnic attire for the day. Please also do take note that all pupils will be dismissed at 10.00am. Our school buses will be operational as usual to pick up those taking school buses at the above stated dismissal time.
This year, the community lunch will be held on 8 February 2014 (Saturday) and we have invited about 200 underprivileged seniors. Our guest of honour is Mr Arthur Fong, Member of Parliament (West Coast GRC). Our aesthetics groups and selected pupils will also be putting up performances on that day for the senior citizens and invited guests.
The SAC will be funding the lunch as well as providing the “Ang Pows” for the senior citizens; while the school will take charge of the goodie bags to be distributed to the seniors. The goodie bag, which is worth $30 per bag, includes food items such as assorted biscuits and three-in-one hot beverages, as well as some other daily necessities, such as toothbrush and face towel. The school hopes to raise funds to provide over 200 goodie bags for all the invited senior citizens.
